Cavan Crystal Hotel is a luxury 4* Hotel based in County Cavan. Cavan Crystal Hotel is an ideal destination nestled in the heart of the stunning lake county which is ideally situated in close proximity to many diverse tourist attractions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Available to work up to 5 days per week midweek & weekends all year.
  • Customer focused with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient with IT and previous experience.
  • Ideally have experience working in a Hotel.

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Events set up and clean up- Prepare conference rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment and décor to a high standard.
  • Technical support- Assist guests with setting up IT equipment, sound systems and AV equipment, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.
  • Guest assistance- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with their luggage and answering any queries they may have.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces and public areas.
  • Assisting with linen and other deliveries and maintaining storage areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure events run seamlessly and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
