This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors alike. What you’ll do: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are clean and presentable. Assist with floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming as needed. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Respond promptly to custodial requests from staff or management. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment. Support special projects such as event setups or deep cleaning initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
