The Day Program Associate collaborates with the Program Director and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate workday supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties include planning daily activities such as community integration and volunteer opportunities, assisting individuals with work skills, ensuring site safety and cleanliness, and supporting health maintenance.
