Job description
Community Living Alternative Services (CLAS) is currently seeking a candidate with an established background in mental health, medical, and/or disability supports as well as group supervision to fill the position of Team Leader in our Day Program.
Position Summary
The Day Program Team Leader position is responsible, under the direction of the Program Supervisor, for the ongoing day-to-day operations of the CLAS Day Program. They will assist in the direct supervision of frontline staff and in the creation and implementation of goals and activities for the individuals accessing our services. This includes community access as well as participation on-site at our Calgary support location. Direct support work with the individuals accessing our services will also be required.
