About Allcare Allcare is a registered disability service provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports. Our Day Program is a structured, centre-based and community-focused service designed to build independence, life skills, and social connection for people with disability. About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Day Program Team Leader to take ownership of daily operations across our Day Program and associated in-home care services. SIL oversight sits as a future growth area. This is an operational leadership role. You’ll be accountable for service delivery, team performance, participant experience, and compliance. Clinical or RN experience is welcome but not essential — strong leadership and execution matter most. Own day-to-day operations across Day Program and in-home care Lead, coach, and hold Support Workers accountable Design and deliver structured, engaging, outcomes-focused Day Programs Act as the key point of contact for participants, families, guardians, and stakeholders Monitor participant wellbeing, engagement, and progress toward goals Develop, implement, and review individual support plans and behaviour strategies Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements Monitor service quality and address operational or participant-related issues Manage participant onboarding and ongoing service suitability Work with Support Coordinators and Finance to manage participant funding and utilisation Identify enrolment growth opportunities and support referrals Build working knowledge of NDIS pricing, budgets, and utilisation Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Support Workers About you You’ll bring an energetic, solution focused, sustainable and growth mindset and drive your team to deliver tailored services to clients ensuring an excellent experience.
