DAYSHIFT CARE AIDE NEEDED

Member in Marathon City is seeking a Care Aide to help him with personal care, household tasks and provide companionship a few hours per day and one weekend per month.
Experienced as well as “new to the field” care workers strongly encouraged to apply

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

Previous experience with use of a Hoyer lift and a sit to stand desired
A background check must be completed before employment can start
Driver’s license strongly preferred
Must be dependable and professional
Pet Friendly- there is a dog present in the home
Must be 18 years old to apply
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

• Light Housekeeping as needed
• Community Integration Activities with the use of the member’s vehicle
• Laundry as needed
• Maintain a safe home environment for the member
• Showering /dressing /grooming assistance
• Daily range of motion exercises
• Incontinence care
• Medication Administration/Setting Up
• Meal Preparation/Planning
• Engage with the member and provide companionship both in his home and in the community
  Schedule:
  · Monday- Friday 10:00am-2:00pm & 1 weekend per month 10:00am-3:00pm
