RN Responsibilities (6A–2P Shift) Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. Serve as Charge Nurse and support CNAs and LPNs during the shift. Ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and high-quality care. Document assessments, treatments, and responses according to facility policies. Support residents and their families through effective communication and care coordination. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) Active RN license in good standing (Iowa or ability to activate). Current CPR certification. Understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices.
