Due to exceptional demand for our services, Spa and Sport at Swissotel Sydney & Nabea at the Hyatt Regency has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty and wellness, customer service with the desire to take their career to the next level.
As a spa receptionist will be responsible for organising appointments and effectively understanding and communicating a client’s needs. It would be advantageous, but not necessary, if you have experience as a spa/wellness therapist or an applicable qualification, as you may be asked to assist with treatments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A keen interest in developing their receptionist skills
- Moderate selling skills
- A friendly and caring demeanour
- Be sensitive to clients’ needs
- A Quick learner & self-motivated
- Experience in a luxury hotel spa environment is preferred, but not necessary
