Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Day Treatment Program Director, the Day Treatment Lead QP will provide Day Treatment and Case Management services to students within a therapeutic classroom (6-8 students). This role also involves supporting other QPs with case management services and assisting with the Intake position. Major Responsibilities: Behavioral Support: Provide behavioral support to assigned students. Primary Contact: Act as the primary contact for each assigned student and their team members. Implementation of Treatment Philosophy: Effectively implement Eliada’s Day Treatment philosophy/model to teach behavioral and social skills, aiding students' successful return to a community education setting. PCP Development: Develop and implement the Person-Centered Plan (PCP). Collaboration: Collaborate with other medical and treatment providers. Other Responsibilities: Documentation: Document the status of the beneficiary’s progress and the effectiveness of the strategies and interventions outlined in the PCP. Cultural Competence: Display competence and responsiveness to cultural differences within the student and staff population. Join us at Eliada Academy and help shape the future of our children! Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university is preferred; non-Human Service degrees will be considered. QP status is required. A minimum of two years’ experience working with the student population in a Day Treatment or residential setting using a behavioral model is preferred.
