Description Job Title: Warehouse Dock Lumper Department: Warehouse - Days Location: FoodPRO (Frederick, MD) Reports To: Warehouse Manager Pay: $18/hr Summary: The day warehouse employee assists receivers on the dock and lumps product. The warehouse dock lumper is responsible for performing routine tasks on the receiving dock such as: breaking down product on pallets; building pallets with product and separating products by dates and codes; perform general cleaning; general warehouse tasks. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist receivers on the dock and lump product Breaking down product and moving it to stocking areas Using company equipment to properly lift and store product Transport product to stocking area using company equipment Maintain a clean work area Scrubbing and cleaning the warehouse floors using the company’s floor scrubber machine Requirements Essential Qualifications: Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to understand and follow directions Strong work skills and detail for task performing Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening Desired Qualifications: Prior experience in a warehouse is a plus. Electric Pallet Jack or Rider experience a plus Forklift experience is a plus. Physical Qualifications: Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Must be able to squat, bend, and twist Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment Education: High School Diploma/ GED Work Environment: Warehouse: Dry, Refrigerated, and Frozen areas Hours: Mid-Shift, Monday-Friday; 6:00am~2:30pm
Responsibilities
