We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our Edmonton centre. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and combines strong administrative expertise with knowledge of early childhood education.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Prior office/administrative experience
  • Level 2 or 3 Child Care Certification (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, adaptable, and fluent in English
  • Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems
  • Knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations (preferred)
  • Current Criminal Record Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
