Daycare assistant (m/f/d) – 15h/week | Lateral entry possible | From now on

Would you like to accompany children with special support needs in everyday life and give them security and structure? Then become part of our team!

We are now looking for a reliable and empathetic daycare assistant who enjoys strengthening children on their way.

Your tasks

• 1:1 support of a child in daycare or school life
• Support in the daily routine (providing structure, orientation, enabling participation)
• Promotion of independence and development of the child
• Trusting cooperation with parents, professionals and your team
• Observation, documentation and clear communication

What you bring to the table

• Enjoyment of working with children and young people
• Empathy, reliability and a structured way of working
• Independent and responsible work
• Openness and desire to learn new things
• German language skills at least at B2 level
• Ideally, experience as an inclusion or school facilitator – but not a must!

Training (optional, not mandatory)

One of the following training courses is an advantage, but not mandatory:

• Social Assistant
• Nanny
• (Children's)Nurse
• Special education nurse
• Educator
