We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Daycare team. This position involves preparing meals that meet dietary needs, ensuring food safety, and promoting healthy eating habits. Candidates with experience in the food industry, particularly in dietary departments or culinary roles, will find this position rewarding as they contribute to the overall well-being of our daycare community.

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, adhering to dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Consult on planning a menu that caters to the diverse dietary needs of children.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Meal preparation, cooking and serving the different classrooms utilizing proper food handling techniques.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive mealtime experience for children.
• Positively engage with children during mealtime to promote social skills and positive interactions.
• Assist classrooms with clean up after meals. This looks different in each classroom
