We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Center Director to lead our educational facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and families. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to early childhood education, and the ability to work effectively with children of various developmental stages, including those with disabilities.

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or classroom environments.
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively while promoting positive behavior management techniques.
• Proficiency in caring for infants and toddlers, including knowledge of infant care routines.
• Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and community members.
