JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role involves not only caring for children but also preparing and serving meals, ensuring food safety, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. A background in food service or the food industry is highly desirable.

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines.
• Ensure all food handling practices meet safety standards to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, including cooking and serving food to children.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive daycare experience for children.
• Monitor children’s behavior and provide guidance as needed to promote positive interactions.
