Location: Burnaby, BC – 5 locations (all around Metrotown area)
Requirement: Must have own vehicle & valid driver’s license (travel between locations)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs/week
Pay: $25-28/hr + $6/hr government wage enhancement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ECE or ECEA certification preferred
• 2+ years in a leadership role in childcare
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Must be flexible to travel between locations as needed
• Fluent English and Korean speaking is an asset

• Regularly visit and oversee all 5 locations to ensure smooth daily operations
• Staff scheduling, HR coordination, recruitment & onboarding
• Handle parent communication, conflict resolution, and enrollment
• Ensure licensing compliance, safety, and quality standards
• Supervise Manager Assistant / Floater and assign daily tasks
• Occasional classroom coverage if required
