Location: Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, Minnesota Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:45PM Pay: $17.00-$22.85 per hour; based on experience About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. You should be comfortable with: Communicating clearly with children, parents, and team members Lifting children (up to 60 lbs) throughout the day Sitting, standing, crouching, and engaging at a child’s level Using child-sized furniture and being active in the classroom Staying on your feet or moving for extended periods
