JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children from infancy through preschool age.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is required.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A nurturing attitude towards children combined with patience and understanding in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners by providing them with the foundational skills they need for future success!
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $16.35 - $17.00 per hour
