We want energetic, dependable, passionate Teacherswho are at least 18 and have:

• Experience in a licensed child care center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Successful completion of at least three credits in early childhood education and three credits in child development from a regionally accredited college or university - or - Successful completion of Training for Early Care and Education 1 (TECE 1) or equivalent training as recognized by OCCL, such as within the Council for Professional Recognition’s CDA Gold Standard SM Comprehensive certification- or - Successful completion of a traditional high school’s career pathway program in early childhood education accepted by DOE
• Six months of experience working with: children birth through 2 years old in a group.
