Description

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven HRIS Specialist to join our global HR team, where you’ll play a key role in keeping Dayforce running smoothly and empowering smarter decisions through accurate data and insights. You’ll maintain employee data, resolve tickets, manage permissions, and deliver reporting and dashboards that highlight workforce trends. You’ll also perform audits to ensure data integrity and collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve processes, support module rollouts, and contribute to integrations. If you excel at being resourceful, working independently with a U.S. based manager, and confidently managing priorities and problem-solving, you’ll be well positioned to succeed. This growth-oriented role offers the opportunity to build advanced skills in BI reporting, data analysis, and global HRIS projects. If you thrive on detail, enjoy solving problems, and are eager to develop your career on a global HRIS team, this position offers both immediate impact and a path to growth.
Location: This is an onsite position 3 days a week in our Berlin office.
