We are seeking a skilled Integration Studio & Custom Reporting Developer to design, build, and maintain HCM system integrations and develop tailored reports that meet business needs.
The role requires hands-on experience with Integration Studio for connecting enterprise systems, as well as strong expertise in creating custom reports using relevant reporting tools and data sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise HCM, ERP or CRM systems integrations and reporting.
  • Familiarity with cloud integration and reporting solutions.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain integrations using Integration Studio to connect various HCM enterprise platforms.
  • Design and deliver custom reports to support business operations, analytics, and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work with data mapping, and transformation for integration workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting outputs.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment for both integrations and reports.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations and reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or reporting issues in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven experience with Integration Studio (or similar integration platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of custom reporting development using tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data integration concepts.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with data modeling and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
