DAYFORCE INTEGRATION STUDIO & CUSTOM REPORTS CONSULTANT

On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Dayforce Integration Studio & Custom Reports Consultant.

-Troubleshoot and resolve integration or reporting issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications -Proven experience with Dayforce Integration Studio.

  • Strong knowledge of custom reporting development using tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data integration concepts.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with data modeling and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications -Experience with Dayforce HCM, ERP or CRM systems integrations and reporting.

  • Familiarity with Dayforce cloud integration and reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
  • Certification in Dayforce Integration Studio or recognized reporting tools
Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and maintain integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio to connect various HCM enterprise platforms.
  • Design and deliver custom Dayforce reports to support business operations, analytics, and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work with data mapping, and transformation for integration workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting outputs.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment for both integrations and reports.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations and reporting solutions.

Contract Duration: 9 months (until June 2026, potential for renewal)
Work Hours: Full-time commitment at 40 hours a week
Time Zone: The candidate must be able to work during the EST shift.
