Job Title: Dayforce Support Analyst Location: [Banglore, Pune] Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: [6-8 years] Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Dayforce Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for the Dayforce HCM platform. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, and ensuring smooth operation of payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and workforce management modules. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Dayforce HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Workforce Management). Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to Ceridian or internal teams as needed. Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Dayforce. Assist with system configuration changes, testing, and deployment. Support payroll processing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for data integrity and reporting. Document processes, maintain knowledge base, and provide end-user training. Monitor system performance and apply patches or updates as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM (minimum 2–3 years). Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes. Familiarity with SQL queries and data troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and HR systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ceridian Dayforce integrations (HRIS, ERP, etc.). Exposure to API-based integrations and reporting tools.
