Description
Responsibilities: • Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs • Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner • In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed • Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed • Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work • Assist LTO's with daily issues • Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned.   Shift: Days 4/10 ; 7AM-5:30PM Salary; $22.00 + Shift Differential $1.50  Qualifications Requirements: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments. • Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.). • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
