EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • CCTV licence desirable but not essential. Full training will be given.
  • Attention to detail, organisation and time management
  • Confident and able to deliver great customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with the use of Microsoft packages
  • Willing to learn our inhouse IT systems
  • Working as part of a team

Responsibilities

As a business we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within our CCTV Control room. You will be working as part of a team to provide the following services:

  • To provide excellent Customer Service through all interactions with customers, service providers and third parties.
  • Responding to alerts from our clients’ security systems: panic alarms, intruder alarms, access control alerts
  • Provide first level technical support for CCTV systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control systems
  • Conduct system maintenance tests with our clients
  • Clear and concise written communication via email.
  • Management and correct handling of inbound and outbound calls, including calls to the emergency services and clients
  • Use of Case management system: raising and working client cases
  • Monitoring our client security systems and carrying out surveillance patrols
  • Remote access and support of network security systems
  • Responding to incidents: securing footage, writing incident reports
  • Assisting with Footage Requests from customers
  • Achieving and maintaining an SIA CCTV Licence to operate in the control room Completing all tasks and behaving in accordance with the NSI Gold Standards
  • Participation in in-house or external training activities including certification and H&S training as required.
  • Any other duties required to carry out the role of Control Room Operator
