JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves performing night audits, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing financial transactions, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Experience with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is advantageous.
