Paste or type
Use robotic welding machine to weld a variety of customer parts in various sizes, shapes, and metal thicknesses
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials on welding machines or worktable as required
Adjust robot postures and paths to correct and maintain weld quality
Operates and observes robot to detect malfunctions or non-conforming conditions
Produce components and/or assemblies as per specified requirements
Regulates machine factors such as Wire type, gas flow, fixture locations.
Maintain quality objectives and verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications
Read documents, blueprints, computer screens and machine dials
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures
Complete all daily 5S tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to use tools and machines with an attention to detail
Basic knowledge of computer operations
Good understanding of mechanical systems and mathematics
Ability to read schematics, blueprints and other drawings
Must have outstanding punctuality and attendance
Ability to work according to production schedules and deadlines
Must possess strong problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to handle changing demands
Experienced utilizing computer based software
Experience working with robots and/or automated systems is preferred
Metal Fabrication experience would be an asse
