Description

Summary: Operate powered industrial lift truck equipment (forklifts, side loaders, parts pickers, etc.) to move product and material throughout the facility and record transactions appropriately to maintain inventory accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate powered industrial lift truck equipment safely * Move materials throughout the facility; * Provide production with empty receptacles (crates/pallets/tubs/etc.); * Organize materials for accessibility to production and/or shipping personnel; * Maintain an electronic log of transactions using onboard tablet and inventory software; * Is a productive member of his/her department and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements/procedures, in order to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees; and, * Habits of good attendance and punctuality are an essential responsibility of all Rosenboom job positions. Competencies: * Becomes familiar with work center numbers and general plant layout; * Can identify and organize tasks in a manner which results in production and shipping employees having access to production and/or materials when they are needed; * Communicates (understands, speaks, and writes) in English * Demonstrates ability to communicate orally in a clear, positive, and professional manner; * Demonstrates ability to generate and maintain accurate and concise written and electronic records, as appropriate to job assignment; EOE-Veteran's & Disabilities Monday-Thursday 6:00 PM-4:30 PM
