JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and food items.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.

    Pay: $16.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
