We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in cleaning roles such as janitorial or custodial work is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces.
• Experience in residential painting or porter duties is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required to maintain safety standards.
• Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
