WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Janitorial/commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience (required)
• Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Comfortable with physical work and leading by doing
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and working smartphone
• Must live within 20 minutes of Michigan City, IN

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (SUMMARY):

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and organized Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. This is a leadership role for someone who’s hands-on, leads by example, and holds their team accountable with empathy and respect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support janitorial staff across client sites
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning meets quality standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members for growth
• Supply inventory, and site coverage
• Handle performance concerns constructively and respectfully
• Respond to client needs professionally and promptly
• Use mobile tools to track work progress and reporting
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks when needed (e.g., floor care, maintenance)
• Maintain organized custodial supply areas
• Uphold and embody our company values daily
