We are seeking an experienced and motivated Day Cook to lead our small fast-food kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals efficiently, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Experience with Mexican cuisine is highly appreciated.
