A Day in the Life As a Daytime Dishwasher & Prep Cook, you are a vital part of the kitchen team. Responsibilities include: Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Assisting with food prep including cutting, portioning, and preparing ingredients Following all health and safety standards Supporting cooks and kitchen staff during service Keeping prep stations stocked and organized Qualifications Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed Weekend availability is a plus Work Schedule We encourage a healthy work/life balance with 5-day workweek schedules.
