We are looking for the right long term or career oriented candidate to join our growing restaurant brand.
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced daytime opening manager to join our team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily daytime operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness .
- Train and supervise staff members in food preparation, cooking techniques, cash handling, and hospitality.
- Manage labor costs effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of pizza making, working with a brick pizza oven, food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
