We are looking for the right long term or career oriented candidate to join our growing restaurant brand.
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced daytime opening manager to join our team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily daytime operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness .
  • Train and supervise staff members in food preparation, cooking techniques, cash handling, and hospitality.
  • Manage labor costs effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza making, working with a brick pizza oven, food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
