If you’re good with details and great with people, we want to talk to you! Duties: Greet customers from the front desk as they enter the dealership and assist them with their needs. Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner. Direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer. Clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service. Effectively use computer software to complete tasks. Scan documents for the service department. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have a passion for outstanding customer service for in-person and phone customers. Must have some computer knowledge. Possess attention to detail. Professional appearance.
