A minimum of two years prior serving experience is required.
Previous breakfast serving experience is an asset.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Daytime servers with experience (FOH)
- Part-time available – weekdays and weekend days
- Wage $minimum wage per hour plus gratuities
- This position requires someone with great attention to detail, a passion for excellent food and a willingness to work together with team members to increase the success of our business.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be available for daytime shifts: weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • No experience required
  • Excellent guest-oriented approach and patience
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High attention to cleanliness and safety
  • Must speak English fluently and live in Winnipeg area
  • Must be able to independently lift 50 lbs
  • Valid food handlers certificate is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Setting up restaurant for service and ensuring appropriate opening duties are completed, closing the restaurant after service, cleaning and wrapping product, ensuring the next service is set to succeed
  • Answer, report to and follow the owner and general managers directions
  • Clean up station at the end of service
  • Stock inventory appropriately, put away incoming orders using proper rotation
  • Support the kitchen team and front of house team by being helpful and offering to learn new things
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations as well as company work safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • Other duties as required.
