REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be extremely customer service-oriented with a courteous and friendly demeanor
• Must be 16 or older
• Must have open availability, with the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Must be able to effectively multitask
• Must be able to frequently work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace when completing tasks
• Must be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in written form

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it’s the only way we know

• Use our CORE 4 values to serve guests: Excellence, Trust, Team, and Care.
• Operating the iPad to take orders in the drive thru
• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a Guest
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter or in the drive thru
• Checking for product quality and consistency when serving guests
• Become knowledgeable on basic food safety guidelines
• Assist leadership in executing restaurant opening or closing procedures
• Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house or back of house, such as monitor the dining room, or working the drive thru window as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and various menu items
• Willing to work outside shift(s), performing various service tasks, year around- Will be provided with appropriate attire for various weather conditions
• Complete tasks assigned beyond the job description when necessary
