YOUR DAY TO DAY:

As a Capacity Management Specialist, you will ensure a cost-conscious and optimal balance between business requirements and datacenter resources provided by VTIS.
Your role will span across Vodafone Cloud Infrastructure managed Local Markets and IS Internal departments, making a significant impact on the efficient utilization of IT resources.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Solid knowledge of Windows/Unix/VMware infrastructure concepts (preferred) or willingness to learn within 6 months.
• Understanding of database infrastructure architectures (Oracle, Sybase, MsSql).
• Knowledge in statistics, data analysis, modeling, reporting, and presentation is a plus.
• Business Intelligence and SQL programming experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Understanding of ITIL, with the ability to obtain an ITIL Foundation certificate within a year.
