    RAA is seeking an experienced DBT Data Engineer to contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of our enterprise data platforms. This role is ideal for someone who excels in implementing scalable data architectures, building efficient data pipelines, and delivering reliable data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Solid background in data integration, database design, CI/CD, DevOps and data analysis

Responsibilities
  • Build the backbone: Transformational work to reengineer SQL Server enterprise data platform into next gen AWS Snowflake data platforms. Design and develop scalable pipeline solutions across data lake houses, marts, and stores using dbt Cloud and SSIS.
  • Champion data integrity: Support enterprise data platforms, diagnose performance issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure optimal data availability, security, and consistency.
  • Enhance operational excellence: Implement self-healing pipelines, monitor performance, and optimise workflows while upholding strong data governance.
  • Collaborate and lead: Work across agile squads to deliver business outcomes, communicate technical magic clearly, and build meaningful partnerships across teams.
