THOUGH THIS IS A VARIED ROLE, YOUR KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

- Delivering high-quality pensions advice to corporate clients, using strategic and innovative approaches.
- Leading or supporting client relationships and managing workflow within client teams.
- Contributing to business development activities, including tender writing, pitch preparation, and presentations.
- Supporting the development of new services, ideas, and client collateral.
- Consulting on client propositions and helping shape our future offering.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to build consulting capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards and relevant regulations.
TO ENJOY AND SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- Experience in the pensions industry, particularly in advising corporate clients.
- Knowledge of the UK DC provider market; familiarity with investment strategies is a plus.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Professional qualifications such as FFA, FIA, CFA, PMI, or equivalent.
Please note that as part of the recruitment process for this opportunity, candidates will be asked to create a short presentation.
We would also encourage applications from candidates who perhaps do not possess all the attributes and experience listed above but are competent with the majority and would be able to quickly develop the additional skills and experience required in post with our full support.
