Duties and Responsibilities: Generate, distribute and track daily operational reports to support the Operations team Partner with Customer Service Managers and Supervisors to resolve transportation and shipment-related issues Maintain consistent communication with customer service teams to address and support order-related inquiries Support the maintenance of a safe and secure shipping office environment for both associates and visitors Ensure the shipping office remains a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members Manage open order tracking, repick workflows, and expedited order reporting to support timely and accurate fulfillment Additional duties as assigned Skills and Experience: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven time management skills; work overtime as needed to meet deadlines Computer experience in Microsoft Excel is desired Knowledge of SAP WMS preferred High Attention to detail Strong independent worker Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines A minimum of (2) years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving processes, procedures and systems Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
