Questionaire Process: Mandatory Questions and CONFIRMATION required 1 Should work all days from office in Chennai 2 Should work in Rotational shift that includes weekend and / or night shift 3 Should have worked in Operational support with multitasking skills 4 Should be fully committed to the customer deliverables as per SLAs Technical Skills: Preferably CCNA Certified (Exam passed) Handson Experience in the following network concepts Switching Concepts: 1 VLAN concepts 2 VRRP / HSRP concepts 3 STP (Spanning Tree protocol) concepts Router Concepts: 1 WAN link configuration and troubleshooting skills 2 Dynamic routing protocols like BGP configuration and troubleshooting 3 Fiber optics interfaces and Fiber optics cables concepts (good to have) 4 OS upgrade and faulty hardware replacement skills (Working with Principaln vendors like Cisco TAC) Wireless Concepts 1 Aruba and cisco wireless AP and controller configuration 2 Wireless issues troubleshooting
