Responsibilities: In addition to, ensuring activities by Change Analyst(s) are performed, Lead Change Analyst shall also be responsible for providing assistance to Gen Service Management Change Manager • Assist Gen Service Management Process Owner to ensure effective implementation of the process across GEN organization • Review the process effectiveness & efficiency • Establish procedures for Change Management as per defined process & policies • Maintain the Change Management process documentation • Ensure adequate process training is available for the organization • Ensure Change Management processes integrate with other processes • Provide guidance to the change owner, implementer and requester at all levels • Monitor and report on the performance of the process and benchmark the process performance • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process improvements • Participate in other ITSM process initiatives and process reviews Qualifications: • Must have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience • Strong analytical skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong team player
