In this role, you will strike a balance between technical work and building strong client relationships with industry giants, including FTSE 100 companies. Your work will impact millions of employees and DC pension scheme members through data analysis and complex modelling. Your Role: This is a consultancy-based role where you will engage in a variety of client and non-client work, collaborating with teams of all sizes, from analysts to partners. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing data and using our in-house software to model pension scheme cashflows Drafting client reports, advice letters, and attending various meetings Advising trustees and employers on DC pension schemes, optimizing strategies, and assisting with benefit design Helping clients comply with regulatory duties and producing governance documents Advising clients around responsible investing, including climate risks and opportunities associated with different investment strategies Professional Development: We encourage continuous learning through professional qualifications and personal development training. What We’re Looking For: A-Level A grade in Maths or an equivalent numerical subject Degree educated (minimum 2:1) or currently studying for a degree and on track to achieve a 2:1, in any subject Strong IT skills, including programming languages, coding, financial modelling, and data analysis Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills Professionalism – including timeliness, reliability and dedication to meet deadlines to support client needs Excellent communication skills What’s in it for you?
