JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a DC Loss Prevention Associate to help protect our distribution centers while supporting a safe and secure environment for all. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enforcing policies around security, fire prevention, and life safety—while conducting patrols, investigations, and audits that make a real impact. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to identify risks, improve operational controls, and ensure our CCTV and security systems are running efficiently. If you’re meticulous, proactive, and passionate about safety and integrity, this is your chance to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Analyze Security Trends: Review store discrepancy reports to identify patterns and support safety initiatives across distribution centers. Collaborate with leadership and departments to improve operational controls.
  • Maintain Surveillance Systems: Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning accurately.
  • Coordinate with Security Staff: Support daily security operations and promptly report issues to Loss Prevention (LP) management.
  • Handle Damaged Goods: Process damaged merchandise according to established procedures.
  • Conduct Facility Patrols: Regularly inspect the premises, including parking areas, for safety and security.
  • Investigate Incidents: Document and support investigations related to associate dishonesty, store discrepancies, and damaged goods.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly during medical, fire, or security incidents in line with company policy.
  • Promote Awareness Programs: Deliver training and orientation sessions on loss prevention and fire safety for associates and security personnel.
  • Perform Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to detect dishonesty, paperwork errors, and regulatory non-compliance.
  • Weekly Operational Reviews: Complete DCLP walk-throughs to ensure adherence to processes and reduce shrink, reporting findings to LP management.
