We’re looking for a Distribution Centre Manager to lead our healthcare operations at Eastern Creek. This is a pivotal role for a strategic leader passionate about operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. About the Role As the Distribution Centre Manager, you will: • Oversee all site operations with a strong focus on healthcare product integrity and regulatory compliance. • Champion workplace safety and foster a zero-harm culture. • Drive operational planning and efficiency through advanced analytics. • Deliver accurate KPI reporting and actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Build and inspire a high-performing team while embedding a positive, collaborative culture. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations. • Maintain strict adherence to TGA, ISO9001, and Poisons Licence requirements. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 7+ years in distribution centre or similar operations, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries. • Proven ability to lead teams and champion safety initiatives. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI reporting skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
