Description Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a DC Office Clerk position at our Braselton DC. This role will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized. To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of distribution logistics. Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with key Customer Service Managers & Supervisors to resolve transportation and shipment issues, while maintaining daily communication with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries. Allocate, organize, and track outbound orders using WMS. Support the maintenance of a safe and secure shipping office environment for both associates and visitors. Ensure the shipping office remains a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members. Manage open order tracking, repick workflows, and expedited order reporting to support timely and accurate fulfillment. Additional duties as assigned. Skills and Experience: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven time management skills; work overtime as needed to meet deadlines Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is desired Knowledge of Korber WMS preferred High Attention to detail Strong independent worker Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines A minimum of (2) years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving processes, procedures and systems Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
