This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre to ensure finished goods are received, picked, staged, replenished and consolidated accurately and efficiently.Working in a busy warehouse environment, you will help maintain stock accuracy, follow documented processes, support quality standards, and contribute to a safe and well-organised workplace. Key responsibilities Receive, pick, stage, replenish and consolidate stock within the DC Complete picking requirements accurately and on time Follow warehouse processes and transactions to maintain stock integrity Communicate damaged stock, discrepancies or issues to the Leading Hand or Warehouse Manager Ensure pallets and returned goods are wrapped, labelled and staged safely Support rework areas and other operational areas as required Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment Operate equipment safely and report any damage or hazards immediately Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement What we’re looking for Experience in warehouse operations Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities RF scanning and Warehouse Management System experience A current hoist licence, with Reach licence essential Good numeracy skills Strong attention to detail Initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision Good problem-solving and communication skills About you Positive attitude Reliable and self-motivated Works well as part of a team Communicates clearly Acts with honesty, respect and accountability Physical requirements This is a hands-on warehouse role, so you will need to be physically fit and comfortable with bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, reaching and manual handling activities as part of your day-to-day work.
