YOUR ROLE: As a Shift Administrator, you are the administrative backbone of the operations team! You will complete all administrative tasks associated with the effective use of Kronos time keeping software. You will manage the shift's various administrative functions that are necessary to running a smooth operation including time off requests, voluntary sign-ups, reporting, coordinating training activities, timecard monitoring/edits and tracking daily/annual metrics. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to DC Operations Managers and Supervisors Review and publish weekly schedules Run and review all Kronos reports and share key findings with supervisors and managers Perform daily Kronos timecard audits Ensure accuracy of Kronos time and attendance records by reviewing timecards, researching missing timekeeping punches and making necessary corrections Approve and process paid time-off (PTO) requests Manage the call-off line Perform administrative functions including paycheck delivery, incentive and rewards processing, and managing the over-time sign-up process Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail High degree of proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail and Excel Kronos timekeeping knowledge and experience preferred Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Strong problem solving skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well with a team Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish
