  GENERAL DESCRIPTION  Direct and supervise warehouse team and daily workflow to meet and exceed customer and department expectations.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  1. Supervise and coordinate warehouse team and provide direction, leadership, coaching, and training as necessary.  1. Plan and schedule the weekly workload. and timely manner.  1. Ensure that component inventory counts are completed and verified in a timely manner  1. Ensure that Transfer Sheets and PO receipts are completed and verified  1. Responsible for the receipt, handling and storing of components in the appropriate bin location  1. Ensure that procedures are completed in accordance with established Logistics and Warehouse processes  1. Ensure that all employees are aware of their job duties and are cross-trained in any capacity that is necessary to aide in development and growth of staff  1. Enforce safety guidelines and rules, equipment requirements and all company policies within the areaFollow and enforce departmental and inter-departmental procedures.  1. Provide effective interface to other departments.  1. Understand customer requirements and ensure that warehouse team members are kept informed about customer expectations and requirements.  1. Supervise receiving, picking, packing, fulfilling of customer product, oversee transportsation need from a warehouse perspective.    NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  1. Other duties as required.  Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS  1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.  1. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.  1. Experience supervising and coordinating work of a team; provides direction and training as necessary.  1. Previous training in ISO procedures strongly preferred.  1. Must have a good understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures.  1. Must have good interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication.  1. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).  1. Demonstrated excellent team facilitation skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, guide, listen to, and assist others in functioning as a team and in attaining organizational goals and department objectives.  1. Must be able to operate and train others on forklift and pallet jack operations.  1. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment under pressure.  1. Ability to work independently and be a self–starter.  1. Must have good time management skills.  1. Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office.  1. Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks as required.   WORKING CONDITIONS  1. General climate controlled office environment within a manufacturing facility.  1. Prolonged sitting and repetitive motion due to extended computer use.  1. Frequent exposure to production, distribution area working conditions, including noise, and dust exposure and lift truck traffic.    1. Stress related to conflicting priorities and meeting schedule deadlines.    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  1.
